Our website is freely available to everyone, though in order to participate on East London Local you are required to register. Registration is free and the only private information we require is that you have a valid e-mail address. The reason we enforce this to avoid automated submissions and general spam.

When your account is created you will have the ability to post messages on the forum, add a directory, property, employment or event listings. Registration is simple and takes no more than 1 minute.

On the left hand side of all pages you will see our login form where you would type your username and password. Below the form is a link to register which will take you to a registration page. The information we require is; your name, your e-mail and a password you wish to use which you will need to enter twice to ensure no misspellings.

Once you complete the form we will send you an e-mail which includes a link which when clicked will confirm your e-mail address. You can then continue to login and participate. Enjoy!
